Intermediate Digital Photography (6th - 12th grades)

Week 2 (6/25 - 6/29) 

Now that you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to hone your skills in Intermediate Digital Photography. Campers will learn multiple intermediate photography skills including how to use a 35mm digital SLR, manipulate shutter speed to stop and slow motion, control depth of field focus using aperture settings, and much more. We will explore the differences between shooting raw versus jpeg and digital processing using Lightshop and Photoshop and implement advanced techniques for creating portraits, landscapes and still life. ( 3rd-5th graders that took the intro camp is allowed to sign-up)


Campers will create 3-5 images suitable for framing by the end of camp, using color and light theory, photo composition project planning and development and critical thinking skills developed through the course of the camp.
