Week 1 (6/22 - 6/26) 

Learn the art of incorporating acrobatic skills into the world of dance. We will explore solo ground movement skills and look at some acrobatic partnering tricks. Both dancers and non-dancers are welcome as we will split into groups and work to each student’s individual level. This dance classes offer a wide array of benefits, including increasing strength, flexibility, and coordination in students.
