Final Payment and Refunds

Final Payment:
*Due June 1st 
*We allow registrations for our camps, throughout the summer, until they are full.

This deadline is for anyone enrolled prior to June 1st. The easiest way to pay your balance is to return to the website, re-select the camp and choose the "balance due" rather than the "10% option". You can then check out using a credit card.

Refunds:
Prior to April 1st - *Full refund, minus CC processing fee
After April 1st - *Full refund, minus CC processing fee + 10%, plus $25.00 supply fee (if applicable)

After May 1st - No refunds

*Refunds will be processed electronically within 30 days back to your Credit Card. 

Exchanges (change of camps):
We are happy to switch camps at any time prior to May 1st. You may still switch camps following May 1st, however, you will be charged a fee for supplies already purchased. (approx $25.00). No switching of camps after June 1st.
