Design Your Own Theme Park (3rd-5th)

Week 4 (7/10 - 7/14)

Learn how to create your own theme park, starting with graph paper and ending with pool noodle demos. You’ll need to consider where to place roller coasters, concession stands, gift shops, other rides, water parks, ticket booths, arcades, security booths, bathrooms and more.  Of course, you’ll solve area and perimeter problems for a successful set up.  You’ll also need to name your park, create a theme, decide prices, and create a budget.
